Perfect place for a relaxing and stress free getaway and an ideal place to start or end a Northland loop. Tidy, well stocked and clean rooms, all the amenities you would expect, kid and pet friendly. There’s not a lot around, but the calm and beauty of the place was next level. It was the perfect spot for big families to have their own spaces but the ability to all come together with ease. Highly recommend for larger scale get togethers needing to entertain young kids. We stayed in a two room cabin and it was well equipped with everything you’d need.

We've stayed here a couple times now and it has always been a lovely campground.  The amenities are super clean.  Great for a quiet weekend away.  There's a playground for the kids and a TV room stocked with board games.  The owners are friendly and helpful.  Highly recommend this campground!

This is one of the quaintest, friendliest, quietest... well, until we got here.... camp grounds Ive stayed at. Only a few hours north of Auckland. Make it your unwind destination or your stop over on your way through. Either way, it really is worth it. The sunrises are spectacular. What a fantastic campground ⛺️ after 3 months cycle camping in NZ this is one of our favourite spots. The owner is super friendly and kind and went above and beyond to help us in a tricky situation. The site is beautifully laid out and you feel like you have your own private garden with stunning views it is definitely not one to miss really great camping 😀
